TOR KLAVENESS:

Tor has 8 years of experience from the gas- and electricity markets where he had roles in origination, trading and quantitative analysis. He also has 4 years of experience from equity research where he focused on renewable energy. The last couple of years he has worked as a broker of wind- and solar projects.

Tor has a degree in Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA From IESE Business School. He speaks Spanish, German, English and Norwegian.

He is a Norwegian citizen and is 46 years old.

FERNANDO AGUADO:

Fernando has 16 years of experience from solar energy project development and investments. He also has substantial CFO experience with proven capabilities across the solar value chain, and he has significant experience from business development of large scale commercial- and industrial energy projects.

Fernando has a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IESE Business School. He speaks Spanish and English.

He is a Spanish citizen and is 52 years old.
